National Missionary Partners in Latin America

by Daniel L. Sonnenberg, Regional Director for Timothy Two Project International in Latin America

Who they are: National Missionary Partners are indigenous pastors and ministry leaders who, with training and financial support from Timothy Two Project International, are sent to teach sound doctrine to pastors and leaders in other cities within their own country and neighboring countries.

The vision: The vision for Timothy Two is to train indigenous pastors so they are both equipped to train people in their own churches, but also so the Lord might raise up some of these pastors whom we can send to train others.

The goal: In the long term, we want national pastors to train their fellow pastors in sound theology based on the Bible. In order to accomplish this goal, we need your help with both prayers and financial support to cover the costs of sending National Missionaries.

The benefits: There are several benefits to sending national missionaries

  • Cost – it is less expensive than sending someone from the USA
  • Language – they already know the language
  • Contextualization – they already know the people and the culture so the teaching is properly contextualized.

Some examples: See what our Latin American National Missionary Partners are doing.
