I’m currently thinking about incorporating outreach into the arts and about how to actively involve youth in the arts. I’m wondering if all three might be combined.

I found a worship musical called Help Is On the Way that might be a suitable tool. We’ve discussed among the staff the idea of going into a nearby neighborhood to minister. Beth J has taken a team into the Royal Palms neighborhood already.

My next step, I think, is to speak with Michael and Jud about getting the youth involved and even serving as the core of music group this time. They’re busy right now getting ready for their trips to Betel in NYC, so it may have to wait awhile, but we can still make plans for the future.
