In Kaelyn’s (infant) baptism, we claim God’s promise to include the child in his covenant family and to offer to her the blessings of the covenant. And in Josh’s (adult) profession of faith, we witness the fulfillment of God’s promise as he receives by faith the blessings promised to him in his baptism when he was a young child.
