By God’s grace, and with the financial support and prayers of many people, 9 instructors were able to complete 25 workshops in 9 nations during 2020. Here’s a summary of those workshops and several other goals we accomplished this year:

1. Eight (8) workshops were taught by Beth and me: 

• 2 in January-February: Beth and I each taught one workshop in person in ECUADOR
• 3 in June-July-August: I taught 3 video conference workshops with pastors in ECUADOR, COLOMBIA and DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
• 3 in October-November: I taught 3 more video conference workshops with pastors in ECUADOR, COLOMBIA and DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

2. Seventeen (17) workshops were taught by seven (7) of our Latin American National Missionary Partners (NMPs).  

As the Regional Director, I coordinated the work of our NMPs by approving their plans, sending the funds and evaluating each workshop at its conclusion: 

• 4 in Santa Tecla, EL SALVADOR by Helmuth Aguilar 
• 3 in Osorno, CHILE by Helmuth Aguilar   
• 2 in Cachigarani, PERU by Luis Rojas Espinoza and his wife Lily Barrenechea Damian
• 2 in San Antonio de Sonomoro, PERU by Luis Rojas Espinoza and Lily Barrenechea Damian
• 2 in Managua, NICARAGUA by Leonel De La Rosa
• 1 in Jacmel, HAITI by Joseph Lucien
• 1 in Chiclayo, PERU by Reynaldo Rubio  
• 1 in El Seibo, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC by Wisly Denis
• 1 in Higuey, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC by Wisly Denis

3. Scheduled or developed fourteen (14) workshops to teach in 2021-22:

• 1 in Guayaquil, ECUADOR (scheduled)
• 1 in Cartagena, COLOMBIA (scheduled)
• 4 in Mexico City, MEXICO (in development) 
• 4 in Puebla City, MEXICO (in development) 
• 4 in Port-de-Paix, HAITI (in development) 

4. Sent $3,910 for essential food and medicine during COVID-19 to twelve (12) of our Latin American National Missionaries and Workshop Coordinators from Timothy Two’s “Family Fund.” 

5. Maintained regular contact with our Latin American National Missionaries, Workshop Coordinators and Interpreters during COVID-19 to provide emotional and prayer support and to determine financial needs.

6. Created and revised a short YouTube video to illustrate the progress in Latin America and the many faces of those who have been impacted by our teaching. 

7. Wrote and emailed ten (10) Newsletters to inform donors and prayer partners of our ministry progress and prayer needs.

8. Wrote and published several articles about how the pandemic affected our work and the lives of our National Missionaries: 

• The untimely death of a young workshop participant
• Humanitarian aid sent to many Latin American countries 
• COVID-19 infection of a National Missionary family in Peru
• Using Zoom for video conference workshops
• National Missionary stranded but still productive in Chile

2020 Prayers answered: 

• My hip replacement August 10 and recovery have gone very well 
• My mother, Lois, went to be with the Lord October 10 
• Helmuth, our National Missionary in El Salvador was able to return home after being stranded for 8 months in Chile due to the pandemic

2020 Year-end prayer requests: 

• Beth is having knee replacement surgery December 15 
• Reynaldo, our National Missionary in Peru, will have surgery or begin chemo soon to remove a tumor on his pancreas
