Last August, when I taught Timothy Two’s Workshop 1, “Knowing God” with a group of pastors and ministry leaders (the “1st generation” students) in Acosta, Costa Rica, I charged them to teach that workshop to leaders and members of their own churches (the “2nd generation” students). A number of them did so. And when they returned last week for Workshop 2, Pastor Alberto and his wife Hilda brought written testimonies from their students and pictures of the classes they have been teaching during the past six months.
That is exactly what we want to happen, since our ministry is based on 2 Timothy 2:2,
“…what you have heard from me…entrust to faithful people who will be able to teach others also.”
We not only teach our students, we also equip them to teach others. And we are thankful to God that they are faithfully doing so!

Dear brothers of the Timothy Two ministry, I would like to express my most sincere gratitude for the invaluable opportunity to learn and teach about the attributes of God. It has been a truly enriching experience that has left a deep impression on me. During these months we have spent together exploring and teaching on this topic, we have gained a greater understanding of the divine nature and we have witnessed the magnificence and greatness of our creator. Each lesson, each discussion, has been like opening a window into the deeper understanding of who God is and how his attributes manifest in the world around us. Through this study, we have learned about God’s omnipotence, his omniscience and his omnipresence. Among other attributes, each of these concepts has resonated in my heart and has strengthened my faith in a way that I had never experienced before. I feel deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to learn these spiritual truths and to grow in my relationship with God. I want to express myself, to give my most sincere thanks to you for your dedication and commitment in guiding us on this journey of spiritual discovery. The material has been a light on my path and has opened new perspectives that I will continue to explore in my search for greater closeness with our Lord. Once again, thank you for sharing your wisdom and knowledge with us. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow in my faith, and I am deeply grateful for the positive impact you have had on my life.

Dear Missionary brothers, By this means I greet you, hoping that you are very well. I thank you for all the effort and dedication in the program knowing the attributes of God since it has been of great benefit for my spiritual growth and has given me the tools to be able to share what I have learned with my environment. Blessings, brothers, I wanted to share with you the beautiful experience and the great impact on my life. Since we have been carrying out this beautiful study of the attributes of God, we have understood the greatness of that and the wonderful things of God. How wonderful it is to learn that he does not need anything because he is self-sufficient, he is powerful and a God of love. With this wonderful study we can talk to others about the greatness of God and everything he did for us because of that great love. Many times we limit ourselves to believing everything that God can do and we do not see beyond our understanding. But this study of the attributes of God makes us see beyond and understand and analyze everything that God does for us and how fortunate we are to be his children. I hope that many churches will teach this study more to the newly converted people because then they will understand how powerful God is. Thank you for this study that has been a great blessing.

The classes we have received on the attributes of God have been a great blessing because they have shown me in a more didactic way the attributes that we have known since childhood but we did not have the most professional knowledge of these attributes. It is a great blessing to have the opportunity to obtain deeper and more professional knowledge of God’s Bible and how he wants us to live.
