HAITI. On 18 October, I began teaching Timothy Two Project International‘s Workshop 2, Loving God, via Zoom. It is not safe to travel in Haiti now because dangerous gangs rule much of the country. Interpreter Anthony Silvestre Villegas is assisting me to train a group of pastors in the region of Pétion-Ville. A suburb of Port-au-Prince, the city is in the hills east and separate from the capital city. The group meets every other Friday evening for two hours to study, discuss and learn together. This workshop is a study of the doctrines of man, Christ and the application of salvation.
Notice in the photos below that you can see the names but not the faces of some participants. That’s due to poor internet connectivity available in Haiti. They are restricted to participating via audio (listening and speaking), but without video (seeing) which requires greater capacity.
